High-quality apparel production with low MOQs, sustainable fabrics, and reliable OEM/ODM services trusted by global fashion & lifestyle brands.
India's garment industry draws on centuries of textile tradition, where multi-generational, family-run factories combine artisanal skill with modern production. Whether you’re working with premium cotton, luxury wool or technical fabrics, Portuguese manufacturers are known for delivering meticulous attention to detail, durability, and high-end finishes — ideal for luxury or high-quality fashion collections.
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought in India — it’s built into the industry. Many factories comply with strict EU environmental standards and hold globally-recognised certifications such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, and ISO. Indian mills adopt eco-friendly practices like organic and recycled materials, low-impact dyes, water-saving technologies, and circular production, making India a go-to for brands committed to ethical and responsible fashion.

Yes — many factories in our directory cater to emerging and small to medium-sized brands and offer low minimum order quantities (MOQs), often around 50–100 pieces. This is a key factor we actively consider when adding manufacturers to our directory.
However, not every factory can offer low MOQs. In most cases, they are willing to produce smaller quantities than the MOQ shown for an additional fee on your first order. This flexibility allows brands of all sizes to develop and test products without committing to large volumes upfront.
Take away the pressure to overspend and overproduce just to meet a MOQ. Instead, get matched to a manufacturer you can scale with, giving you the freedom to grow your brand sustainably.
You can — but verifying their credibility is another story. Finding a reliable manufacturer is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
From decades of experience, we know:
Validating a truly reliable factory takes time and resources.
Even established brands go through multiple poor samples, failed quality checks, and faulty shipments before knowing if a manufacturer is capable. These missteps are costly — in both time and capital. Some brands have even gone out of business because of it.
Over the past twenty years, we’ve built and continually refined a global network of capable, ethical manufacturers. By sharing their profiles and contacts, we help conscious brands develop and produce sustainable products with confidence and transparency.
So yes — you could spend days, weeks, or even months searching and testing factories on your own. But the cost of getting it wrong far outweighs the small investment it takes to reduce risk and accelerate your timeline from the very start.
